AG Capital acquires stake in Improove Group
AG Capital has acquired a majority stake in Improove Group, a leading SEO agency headquartered in Vienna, Austria, and with further locations in New York City and Madrid. Together with AG Capital, Improove plans to accelerate its growth, both through organic initiatives and through targeted acquisitions. The founders and previous owners remain on board with a significant stake.

Since its foundation in 2009, Improove has been a leader in the Google Search Engine Optimization (SEO) space. Today, the company provides services to more than 130 customers around the world from its three locations in Vienna, Madrid and New York. Improove's proprietary approach provides its clients sustainable website traffic with particularly high conversion rates resulting in a market leading return on investment.
